Dive report (Jan 26 -Feb 3)

      Hello you guys !
Another amazing trip to Socorro! El Cañón was plenty of life! Big Galapagos sharks, silvertips all around, hammerheads, 4 chevron mantas playing all around the site, and plenty of bottlenose dolphins coming to swim with us!

Roca Partida –as always– was a wonderful area to find big pelagics! We saw yellow fin tunas, big eye jacks, Galapagos sharks, silvertips, whitetips and wahoos! Also a giant chevron mantas!!

Next stop was Roca O’Neill at the Socorro Island. We went down and at the very beginning a bunch of bottlenose dolphins came to play with us!! There were at least 8 to 10 bottlenose dolphins, and another bunch at the distance. We then passed trough the beautiful arch to find a chevron manta within the reef!

Punta tosca was a beautiful dive, with lots of tropical fish and hard coral. Cabo Pearce was perfect to interact with chevron mantas, the hammerheads were very close and the bottlenose dolphins were also swimming all around us.

To say goodbye we came back to El Cañón where we found more action at the cleaning stations, surrounded by big Galapagos sharks and silvertips. The hammerheads were very close too! And once in the blue we found a shool of hammerheads of more than 20 individuals!! The chevron mantas were around the cleaning stations until the very last minute of our dive and the Humpback whales were singing and breaching at every site!

Another great trip at the Solmar V!!!
